Update on Private Label Agreements

 As part of our ongoing calibration of compliance review procedures, and to be in line with sound and sensible certification principles, Americert has revised the Private Label Agreements and simplified the information required to be provided in the agreement.

Copacker Private Label Agreement 

Americert will continue to accept the previous version of the signed PLAs but operations are welcome to use the newer simplified version if they wish.
